As an educated and trained strength and conditioning coach with 20 years of experience, I understand what must happen to achieve the Goal. With a Master of Science in Sports Management and a concentration in Kinesiology from Troy University, my educational background prepared me for my profession. Having a long and storied career playing and coaching professional sports with Troy University, the National Football League Camps with the Jacksonville Jaguars, the New Orleans Saints, and the Baltimore Ravens, the All American Football League as the first overall pick in the 2008 draft, I understand the rigors and commitment required for success in these arenas. With over 3000 hours of training under Master Strength coach Richard Shaughnessy, I am recognized as an expert in the field by my peers.
Success is personal freedom, and at this point in my life, I have that…My Goal is to take my education background, training, and years of coaching and leadership to help corporations develop wellness programs for employees. As burnout and dropout are now current trends in the workplace, the only way to the restoration of mental and physical health is through building strength and Resilience. With Custom Designed Programs for a specific culture and demographic, I know how to make that happen.
In addition, I create strength & conditioning programs for athletic teams, and I’m available for consultation with coaches at any level in the sport of basketball, baseball, golf, CrossFit, Football, throwing sports, and wrestling.
