The Really Cool Adventures Of Captain Underpants (not to be confused with the comic book of the same name) is an extremely rare book created by Dav Pilkey and self-published in 1989. It is a prototype of The Adventures of Captain Underpants. 50% of its profits were donated to Goodwill and the United Way. Only one copy still remains in existence and it is unknown where it is. There is a chance this cover could be false.
