Join an employee group fitness class for free. The CU Boulder Rec Center offers many beneficial fitness classes for all skill and experience levels. To provide CU Boulder faculty and staff with meaningful wellness opportunities, the Rec Center hosts free yoga and strength-based sessions twice per month for all employees, alternating between yoga and strength-based practices. All skill levels are invited to attend, and no fitness experience is required.
