For those of you who are not familiar with what a Mysore yoga class is, it is a class where you practice the Ashtanga sequence at your own pace, without the verbal guidance of the teacher. The teacher is present in the classroom, offering help when needed and mostly walking around and giving student
Yoga has impacted my life in many ways. As I build strength, I start to believe in my own potential. I start to find my limits while expanding my boundaries. Yoga moves me, keeps me calm, makes me feel powerful, and lifts me up while I learn to stay grounded. Most importantly, it brings my awareness back to myself in the midst of this fast-paced life.
