The butt plate has been replaced with a rubber Red Head Brand pad in good condition moderate all-over wear, still supple. The wood stock is in good condition and has been shortened and refinished at some point. The receiver is in very good condition with light surface scuffs. The bolt is in very good condition with Bomb Proof and a touch of metal oxidation. The barrel is in very good condition with scuffs, light scratches throughout. The trigger/guard are in good condition with a touch of metal oxidation on the inside guard. The rifle comes mounted with an aftermarket Lyman peep hole adjustable rear sight in very good condition. The two metal loops for a shoulder strap are in fair condition, the front one is loose and the rear has metal oxidation. The rifled bore has a grain to it. Tight bolt action. C&R ELIGIBLE
